9.30 AM - Board an eco-friendly solar-powered electric boat and set off for Tuad Khao San Restaurant
9.45 AM - Arrive at Tuad Khao San Restaurant with a traditional tiffin box and participate in a hands-on local cooking experience at a riverside pavilion. The activity includes preparing three traditional appetizers:
Khanom Kang Kao A soft, chewy coconut dessert with a delicate floral aroma evoking the scent of rain and Thai countryside warmth
Spicy Herb Salad with Kaffir Lime

12.30 PM - Continue the boat journey to Baan Lom Suk Noodle House
1.00 PM - Arrive at Baan Lom Suk Noodle House and join a Thai dessert-making workshop to prepare Khanom Tuay (steamed coconut custard). Learn the traditional method of making this Ayutthaya-era dessert, from pouring the base layer, steaming, and finishing with the creamy top layer. The sweet and rich flavours of Khanom Tuay complement the spiciness of the boat noodles
