Ban Laem Community, Suphanburi is an old riverside community with a simple way of life

District, you should not miss menus from boeseman croaker (Pla Ma) such as fried boeseman

8.30 a.m. Arrive at the community and receive a warm welcome. 9.00 a.m. Learn the story of Ban Laem and how the locals manage tourism here. 9.30 a.m. Learn how to make Saibua, a Thai dessert, and also other local desserts. 10.30 a.m. Attend the activity: making traditional chili paste follow Mae Sopha’s recipe for lunch Enjoy making traditional chili paste, the recipe of Mom Sopha, for lunch. 11.30 Attend the activity: making basketries by using rattan or water hyacinth as souvenirs for tourists

12.00 p.m. Have lunch. Then, cruise along the unofficially travelling path of King Rama V to retrace Suntonphu’s literature, Niraj-Supan. Visit Suphan riverside community (Tha Chin) to see traditional houses in King Rama V reign. 1.00 p.m. Stop by Pha Pruek Temple, the legendary temple of Myanmar army called Angwa, to worship the Buddha’s footprints and the statue of Luang Po See Sang, a venerable monk. Visit Ayutthaya Museum to see old traditional objects such as Khoi, a very antique book used in the old days. 2.00 p.m. Visit a traditional dessert house (Song Wang). Try various kinds of royal Thai dessert. 3.30 p.m. Visit Monthathip Farm, a sufficiency-economy-based mixed agricultural farm.
